Heftruck Centrum Onderwater heeft ruim twintig jaar ervaring in heftruckoplossingen voor de bollenstreek. Het bedrijf is gestart in 1993 in een pand op industrieterrein Meer en Duin in Lisse. In 2000 Is HCO we verhuisd naar de Arnoudstraat in Hillegom. Heftruck Centrum Onderwater blijft continu investeren in materialen, gereedschappen en apparatuur. Naast vakkennis en een ruime ervaring is HC Onderwater service gericht.

Marketingconsultancy
Worcflow is in 2015 begonnen om de marketing communicatie van het bedrijf te onderzoeken. In samenwerking met Heftruck Centrum Onderwater hebben we de waardeketen van het bedrijf geanalyseerd op basis van het huidige dienstenpakket, het acquisitietraject en de DMU van de klanten van HC Onderwater. Aan de hand hiervan heeft worcflow de USP’s van HCO ge-(her)definiëerd.
Op basis van de waardeketenanlayse heeft Worcflow een advies geschreven over de acquisitie- en klantcontact-kanalen en deze in de teksten, samenstelling en bouw van een nieuwe website geïmplementeerd.
Beeldvorming en – hierarchie
Aan de hand van de nieuwe propositie hebben we een beeldplan opgesteld. Dit beeldplan bevat een beschrijving van de informationele samenstelling van de beelden, opgesplitst per dienst van HCO. Deze conceptuele vertaalslag is op basis van kleurstelling, compositie en beoogd beeldgebruik een corporate identity handboek samengesteld.
De conceptuele beeldtaal voor Heftruck Centrum Onderwater hebben we vervolgens gerealiseerd in een reeks van thematisch verschillende beelden, waarbij zowel de toegepaste techniek en doelgroep belicht zijn

Ook heeft worcflow de website, conform de bevindingen, ontwikkeld. Daarnaast hebben we een deel van de teksten geschreven, in samenwerking met een van onze gespecialiseerde partners. Omdat worcflow het hele traject van begin tot eind heeft uitgevoerd is een functioneel en consistent samenspel tussen beeldgebruik, tekst en website functionaliteiten ontstaan, waarop ook de vormgeving van de website is afgestemd. Worcflow fungeert hierin als de spin in het web; de projectmanager binnen de marketingcommunicatie-keten.
Afterservice
Als deel van de diensten van Worcflow wordt de website van Heftruck Centrum Onderwater periodiek aangevuld en bijgewerkt. Daarnaast zorgen we voor een backup van de beelden, de scripts en de website content.
